Kateri’s friend, Eric Glass, will be offering 3 upcoming classes at our shop. Only 5 participants per class, due to our space limitations.

Eric has traveled widely through tea growing regions in China, Taiwan, and Korea and has befriended a range of tea masters and producers. His knowledge of tea making methods and brewing experience is substantial.

Gongfu cha, the Fundamentals – Sun 10/11/26 2-4pm – You will get actual hands-on guidance and experience in this ages old Chinese method. Korean Balhyocha – Thur 10/15/26 5-7pm – an opportunity to experience this lovely tea from Korea. It can be simply be described as a oolong processed black tea, but there is more to it than that.
