High Tea – Tea Tasting at Local Harvest Cafe

I’m excited to announce that Local Harvest Cafe has invited Traveling Tea to present a tea tasting on Sunday March 15, 2009, from 3:30-5:00. 

Their chefs will create some sweet and savory foods to accompany our selection of teas.  We will be sharing 6 different teas (and maybe a surprise limited availability tea if it arrives in time), allowing you to experience a range of flavors and types. 

Additionally, I will be talking with you about tea – its origins and history, health benefits, and offering brewing and storage tips.  We’ll also have Q&A time for your specific questions.

Join Local Harvest and Traveling Tea for lots of yummy foods and a steaming mug of your favorite tea (of the 6).  A lovely way to spend a pre-Spring afternoon.
