Saturday 10/29/16, from 4-8pm only, we will be offering hot or iced Butter Beer, and by request we will have a dairy-free version as well.

Shakespeare in the Streets – Maplewood

We are excited to be in Maplewood, with this event just down the block from our shop!  It is such a novel and fun idea – and we look forward to learning more about our community via the tale they have created.  Shakespeare Festival St. Louis

shakespeareWe will be open extra hours for all the thirsty theater attendees – and you can take advantage of the extra hours as well.

Friday and Saturday evening the shop will be open till 8pm,

AND we will be open 4pm –  8pm on Sunday 9/18 (as well as serving/sampling teas at a booth right in the thick of things)

Come share in the fun.

Short Notice for weekend tea sharing, and meet & greet….

5/13/16 Special Notice:

Saturday, at Tower Grove Farmers Market:
Rie Tulali, from Tealet (our Farmer Direct tea source) will be helping out in our booth, and cupping some Tealet teas.  Rie is fresh from her recent trip to Taiwan and China, meeting with farmers and learning and sharing about tea production. You want to take this opportunity if you can.
We will also be serving some of their teas that we carry [Houjicha toasted green tea from the Kinezuka family in Japan; and Black Beauty Orthodox Assam from Heritage Tea Estates].

Then, this Sunday 5/15/16, at 2:30 in our shop, we will have an extra special cupping session of several new teas that we are evaluating to possibly carry….”extra special” because Rie will still be with us, sharing her expertise and knowledge*….all for the usual price of $12 per person (includes 20% discount off of tea purchases made that day).  *Note, we will sadly not have the elaborate setup shown in this photo of Rie
Seating limited to 8 guests. Click here to prepay and reserve your seat.
