Full flavor, mellow brew from a biodynamic and fair trade tea estate – Makaibari Estate

An Autumn flush has less caffeine than a Spring flush, so it will give you a mild pick-up in the afternoon without keeping you up all night.

This one yields a light, delicate cup with none of the grassiness of Asian green teas.

This organic Longjing from the Zheijiang Province of Eastern China boasts  flat, bold green leaves and an entrancing golden-green liquor.  It has a rich, nutty, sweet flavor with a nice rounded finish.

Dragonwell or Longjing is one of the most widely known Chinese teas.

On a personal note, I avoided purchasing the Dragonwell at first even though I had customers asking for it, because my first experience with it (as a personal consumer) was lackluster and I didn’t understand what the fuss was about……until I cupped this one.  Give it a try and let me know what you think.
